Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at Sinister Nights! We make every effort to provide a safe, secure and profitable weekend for all vendors so please read all the information below to get a full understanding of our terms and conditions.
Do you have a physical location in the Miami / Ft. Lauderdale / West Palm Beach area?
The program handed out to every single attendee at Sinister Nights will contain an area we call "Places for The Tribe to Gather" which will contain information about your business including name, address, phone number and website. Long after Sinister Nights is over, attendees will use this as a reference for businesses catering to our unique crowd!

All vendor booths are 10' X 10', include one(1) 6 ft table and 1 chair for single booths, two(2) 6 ft tables and 2 chars for double or endcap booths and come with two(2) weekend passes (additional passes must be purchased at regular price). WiFi access for ONE (1) SINGLE device (your phone running credit card transactions is one device) due to an EXTREMELY high WiFi device usage cost. If you need access for more than one device (to check email or web surf for example), you are required to purchase additional WiFi. show/hide vendor rules
Booths are limited to ONE (1) vendor only. No "sharing" vendor tables/space. Vendor tables/spaces must be attended at all times and must remain operational/intact during show hours and may not be broken down early.
WiFi access for ONE (1) SINGLE device (your phone running credit card transactions is one device) due to an EXTREMELY high WiFi device usage cost. If you need access for more than one device (a friend on a different phone), you may add it to your invoice. USE IS MONITORED and in order to be fair to everyone, abuse will result in your loss of WiFi access.
Exhibitor agrees to hold blameless Sinister Nights, its staff/affiliates as well as the venue, its staff/affiliates against any loss/damage/theft/expenses/claims or actions arising from or during the Sinister Nights event.
Exhibitor acknowledges that Sinister Nights and its host venue will not provide insurance to cover exhibitor's person(s) or their property and that it is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to obtain insurance covering such loss.
All exhibitors will obey federal, state, and local laws and ordinances regarding the sale of material which, intentionally or unintentionally, infringes upon the trademarks or copyrights of another party. Any exhibitor selling material which infringes upon the trademark or copyright of another party may be ejected without warning and without refund. Sinister Nights reserves the right to inspect and/or eject questionable material at any time. Each vendor is responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes as required by law.
Sinister Nights in no way endorses any vendors/exhibitor’s merchandise, exhibits, views, beliefs, or actions. All vendors/exhibitors are deemed to be their own business/entity and in no way reflect the views, beliefs, intentions and/or direction of Sinister Nights.
Sinister Nights agrees to be responsible for promoting the show. Sinister Nights makes no representations as to the number of attendees and/or customers who will be in attendance.
The following activities are prohibited in the Dealers’ Room at all times: Smoking or any burning of objects; sales of food or beverage products; consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages, sales of bladed weapons, playing of music/audio at a volume level that extends beyond your designated space and sales of contact lenses.
You may only use masking tape or pins in fabric panels for temporary room decorations. Please do not use staples, nails, tacks or other forms of tape. Do not place stickers or paints, or deface venue materials in any permanent fashion. Dealer will be financially responsible for any damage to venue materials resulting from dealer actions. Signs, banners and flyers may not be posted outside of your table space. The presence and sale of weapons is prohibited.
Exhibitor shall be responsible for the actual setup of its displays. Sinister Nights shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Exhibitor’s property or for any personal injury suffered by Exhibitor or any of its agents. Exhibitor will hold Sinister Nights, The James L. Knight Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Miami harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
Exhibitors are asked not to encroach upon their neighbor’s space. Exhibitors that do not arrive before load-in cutoff on Friday or do not give prior notice will forfeit their space. No-show spaces will be sold to available wait list patrons or other Exhibitor’ Room participants at the convention at the discretion of Sinister Nights. All Exhibitor payments must be made at the time of selection, or the exhibitor will forfeit their space. Subletting of tables is not permitted.
The authorized individual is a digital signature of the person representing the company agreeing to this contract.
