All artist booths are 10' X 10', include one(1) 6 ft table and 1 or 2 chair(s) and come with one(1) or two(2) weekend passes (additional passes must be purchased at regular price). WiFi and electric are extra. *** PLEASE NOTE: We cannot guarantee you will have cell signal inside the Vendor/Artist area. show/hide artist rules
Booths are limited to ONE (1) or TWO (2) artists only. More than 2 must buy additional booths. Booths must remain operational/intact during show hours and may not be broken down early.
Artists may only sell unique art they have created, limited prints (20 or less) of works they have created or limited (20 or less) mass-produced items. Quantities larger than this require a full Vendor booth. Violation of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the Venue and 100% forfeiture of all monies paid to Sinister Nights.
Artist agrees to hold blameless Sinister Nights, its staff/affiliates as well as the venue, its staff/affiliates against any loss/damage/theft/expenses/claims or actions arising from or during the Sinister Nights event.
Tattoo artists may sell their artwork but they are not allowed to tattoo in an artist booth. If you want to tattoo, you must purchase a full vendor booth. Anyone caught tattooing in an artist's booth will be immediately ejected without refund.
Artist acknowledges that Sinister Nights and its host venue will not provide insurance to cover exhibitor's person(s) or their property and that it is the sole responsibility of the Artist to obtain insurance covering such loss.
All Artist will obey federal, state, and local laws and ordinances regarding the sale of material which, intentionally or unintentionally, infringes upon the trademarks or copyrights of another party. Any Artist selling material which infringes upon the trademark or copyright of another party may be ejected without warning and without refund. Sinister Nights reserves the right to inspect and/or eject questionable material at any time. Each Artist is responsible for all Federal, State and Local taxes as required by law.
Sinister Nights agrees to be responsible for promoting the show. Sinister Nights makes no representations as to the number of attendees and/or customers who will be in attendance.
The following activities are prohibited in the Dealers’ Room at all times: Smoking or any burning of objects; sales of food or beverage products; consumption or possession of alcoholic beverages, sales of bladed weapons, playing of music/audio at a volume level that extends beyond your designated space and sales of contact lenses.
You may only use masking tape or pins in fabric panels for temporary room decorations. Please do not use staples, nails, tacks or other forms of tape. Do not place stickers or paints, or deface venue materials in any permanent fashion. Dealer will be financially responsible for any damage to venue materials resulting from dealer actions. Signs, banners and flyers may not be posted outside of your table space. The presence and sale of weapons is prohibited.
Artist shall be responsible for the actual setup of its displays. Sinister Nights shall not be liable for any loss or damage to Artist’s property or for any personal injury suffered by Artist or any of its agents. Artist will hold Sinister Nights, The James L. Knight Convention Center and the Hyatt Regency Miami harmless for any personal injury or damage to goods that may occur.
Artists are asked not to encroach upon their neighbor’s space. Artists that do not arrive before load-in cutoff on Friday or do not give prior notice will forfeit their space. No-show spaces will be sold to available wait list patrons or other Artists at the convention at the discretion of Sinister Nights. All Artist payments must be made at the time of selection, or the Artist will forfeit their space. Subletting of tables is not permitted.
The authorized individual is a digital signature of the person representing the company agreeing to this contract.
